Exhibit Hall Only Invitation

If you received an Exhibit Hall Only invitation, please follow the following instructions to register.

Access the Registration Portal

  1. Go to www.apco2017.org/registration and click the “Register Today!” button.
  2. Enter your email OR member number if known
    – OR –
    Select the “Enter Your Information Here” button.
  3. Select the “’Member Exhibit Hall Only Invitation” OR “Non-Member Exhibit Hall Only Invitation” registration category.
  4. For new attendees, create a password to gain access to the Attendee Service Center to access additional features.

Complete Registration Form

  1. Verify the attendee information populated on the screen.
  2. Include an emergency contact for use only while onsite.
  3. Select the option for sharing information that you are comfortable with.
  4. Include a CC email if you would like another individual to receive the registration confirmation.
  5. Complete the demographic profile.
  6. If you wish, you can purchase tickets to the Connect & Celebrate Dinner and networking events. These tickets are NOT included with this registration category but are available for purchase at this time.
  7. Review the Registration Summary page.

Apply Pass Code to Payment

  1. On the payment page enter the code provided within the invitation received from your exhibitor contact.
  2. Select “Apply” to remove the cost of the registration price.
  3. Select the box to accept the cancellation policy.

A confirmation will be sent to the email provided and to the CC email if applicable.
