Flash Day Rules
- Savings are available only on April 3, 2017, starting at 12:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- You must be a full, associate or commercial member in good standing.
- You must register online and the offer is only eligible for the full registration option. Forms other than online registration will not be accepted on Flash Day. No purchase orders or checks accepted.
- If the registration needs to be transferred at a later date, there is a $25 transfer fee and the recipient must be an APCO member in good standing.

If something comes up and you simply can’t attend, cancellations, transfers and requests for refunds must be received in writing by July 17, 2017.
Refunds will be processed less a $75 administrative charge. Transfers between attendees will incur a $25 administrative charge. No refunds will be made after July 17, 2017, or for no-shows.
